Heat exchangers are equipments for heat transfer by temperature difference between fluids and widely used for cooling or heating purposes in refrigeration, automobile, ventilation, steel-making and chemical industries which correlate with energy conversion. Based on different structure and purposes, heat exchangers may have various names. Among them, radiators are generally recognized as heat dissipation component and applied in automobile, ventilation and electronic industries for thermal management & thermal solutions.
As we improve heat transfer rate and efficiency of radiators, the energy conversion rate will be increased accordingly to save energy and lower costs. To study and develop advanced products, a complete platform for experiments is totally necessary. LW-9558 Heat Exchanger & Radiator Performance Tester can be installed on the rear side of AMCA 210-07 wind tunnel to get a standard airflow rate; There are devices for air cooling, air heating and humidifier on the downstream of wind tunnel to express all air conditions authentically. As per the working fluid in radiators, the heating device helps to simulate fluid conditions as the component works in the actual circumstances. All parameters can be PC-based controlled and acquired to improve research efficiency and capability.Specification
